What this notice covers
In this notice, cookies also includes similar technologies such as localStorage, session identifiers, browser-side security checks, and embedded third-party content.
Some technologies are necessary to provide requested functions, such as admin authentication, login protection, and storing your consent choice. Others are optional and are used only after you allow them.
Authentication and security
Admin sign-in and protected routes use Supabase authentication and server-side session checks. These cookies or identifiers are necessary for protected areas to function.
Cloudflare Turnstile is used in the login area to reduce automated abuse. Turnstile may process technical browser and challenge signals.
Analytics and measurement
Vercel Web Analytics is used for aggregated traffic measurement. According to the provider, this service is designed to be cookieless; on this website it is enabled only after analytics consent.
PostHog product analytics is enabled only if you accept optional analytics. If you decline, client-side PostHog capture and identify calls are not enabled.
Embedded YouTube videos
YouTube videos are loaded with a two-click pattern. Article pages first show a local placeholder. The YouTube iframe is created only after you actively click the load button.
After loading, YouTube or Google may process technical data under their own privacy terms.
Managing your choice
You can clear or block cookies and local storage through your browser settings. If you block necessary authentication or security technologies, protected areas may not work correctly.
Your cookie choice is stored locally under cookie_consent_status. You can use the Cookie Settings link in the footer to change or withdraw your choice at any time.
